Calm down…we’re still 3 points behind
We have to realise that our bid for champions league football still relies on Villa dropping more points. The good news is that while Villa seems to be running out of legs, several of our key players are slated to be back over the next few weeks.

Arsenal frustrated by injury time goal.
I cannot knock the team for yesterday’s result. When the news came that Djourou was injured if anyone had offered us a 2 – 2, I don’t think there are many gooners who wouldn’t take that as a result. We would like better for our club but the fact is the team we put out yesterday could have done much worse.

Aston Villa a must win for Arsenal
Arsenal needs to be switched on for all 95 minutes today, be wary of the threat posed by the pace of Young and Agbonlahor. The two main protagonists for Villa can also be their Achilles heel no doubt that there full of confidence but like Arsenal that confidence is fragile. Villa Preview
We need to be in top gear for the game, as I’ve posted before , the win against Manchester United will stand for nothing if we don’t get a victory against Aston villa. Why it is important for Arsenal to get points at Villa
With three games coming up in the next eight days, today may be the most crucial of the lot. Losing to Villa can be catastrophic, detrimental to the hard work and confidence Arsenal has built up of the last few months. Arsenal have become undone by exactly this type of game in the last campaign, [...]

The next test, is winning at Villa
Arsenal needs to be at the top of their game, cannot afford to underestimate Villa, and must put in a performance worthy of league leaders. Show that they can rebound well from defeat, show that they can win without Cesc, show that they have strength in depth.
